Haus of Hemm are thrilled to announce we offer FREE standard domestic shipping.

This currently includes standard shipping Australia Post, currently estimating 6+ business days for the transit. It should be known that the global shipping chain is experiencing significant delays and your order may be affected.

We currently can only offer express delivery with domestic Australia, $5AUD flat rate, or FREE for orders over $100AUD.

We reserve the right to cancel orders that are unable to be shipped to due to a restriction of Australia Post services to your location, in this case, ofcourse your order will be refunded. Whilst this is constantly changing, common restricted locations include but not limited to: Asia (typically Japan, Sth Korea accepted, Africa, South America, Parts of Europe & the Middle East.

Whilst we are offering a tracking service, the shipment is not covered by insurance and therefore is in the hands of Australia Post and their International partners once dispatched by our warehouse team.

We reserve the right to cancel orders that are unable to be shipped to due to a restriction of Australia Post services to your location, in this case, ofcourse your order will be refunded. All returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please ensure you select your items carefully as a return cannot be made for a simple change of mind, e.g. colour.

In the matter of a change of size request, all associated return freight costs will be at the cost of the customer. Size exchange is subject to the current stock availability of the item. After contacting us with your request we can inform you of the availability and/or a possible restock time frame.

Hemm Clothing will cover the cost of the return if a product is deemed to be faulty*. In this case, store credit or refund can be issued for the value of the shipping return and the item. This refund is subject to standard bank transaction business day processing times, depending on your banking institution.

 

A returned item must be consistent with the following conditions:

-Unwashed.

-Un Worn.

-Un Damaged.

-Un modified.


In order to return for an exchange in size, please send the following details to support@hemm.clothing  & we will respond with the next steps to take.

Include the following information in your inquiry:

-Full name.

-Address.

-Order number & product description.

-Reason for return/ size change choice.


faulty* : Hemm has strict quality inspection protocols to avoid such issues, however in the unlikely event of a possible faulty product it must be not as described in the product photos/ description at the time of purchase. 

Your package has the potential to be handled by multiple people in transit, so a crinkled packaging and crease in the garment is possible and does not constitute a fault.

Note that if an item has been handled by the customer not in accordance with the care instructions/ symbols it is also not a fault.

Delayed refund

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via email correspondence within the above submission form or the chain of communications previously established.
